Customers can find your business listing on via neighborhood search pages, on the business listing of businesses you are networking with, or by entering your business phone number into the search box on any page where available. Customers may also bookmark your business listing to make it easier to visit later. Finally, customers can find your business listing by doing targeted searches in major search engines like Google and Yahoo.
I cannot see my business listing.
This is most likely because your account is either not activated yet, or your business listing is "paused".
You can "activate" your business listing at
any time
by clicking "Activate" button on the Business Dashboard located next to "Profile Status".
How can I upload pictures to my business listing?
Go to the Business Dashboard. Click on "Photos". Select an image and click upload.
I have received an invitation via email. What should I do?
Follow the instructions in the email and decide whether you want to "Accept" or "Reject" the invitation. Before making a decision, review the profile of the business that sent you the invitation.
Will my address be displayed on my business listing?
Yes. The business address will be displayed on your business listing unless you choose to hide it in the "preferences" tab located on the Business Dashboard.
