Yes, we offer a free service.
Do you offer a trial period?
We don't offer any trial periods. We offer you a free account until you decide to upgrade it.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, we are on month-to-month basis. You can cancel at any time.
How can I see advertising packages?
Please review the Showmelocal advertising packages or login / register to your business dashboard and click on the "plans" link in the "Premium Services and Subscription" on your Business Dashboard section.
Currently we only offer our premium advertising packages to the customers in USA and Canada.
How can I subscribe to an advertising package?
Click on the current plan name and then click "Upgrade Now" button. Select a desired plan and complete your purchase. Once the transaction is completed, your account will be upgraded immediately. Your credit card will be charged the amount corresponding to the selected subscription package on a monthly basis.
How can I upgrade my account?
You can upgrade your account at any time. Select "Change Plan" on your Subscription Dashboard. Check a desired package and complete the upgrade. Please note that your account will be upgraded immediately. If you already have an active subscription the new amount will be charged the next billing cycle, but your account features will be upgraded immediately.
How can I downgrade/cancel my subscription?
Select "Change Plan" on your Subscription Dashboard. Check a desired package and complete the downgrade. Please note that your account will be downgraded on the day your subscription expires. For example, you have a "Basic Plan" that expires in 20 days. If you cancel a "Basic Plan" you will still be able to enjoy a "Basic Plan" features for 20 days. On the 21st day your account will be downgraded to a "Free Plan".
To cancel, please select the "Free Plan" and proceed to the next step.
Can I call my Credit Card Company to Cancel Your Service?
No, don't call the credit card company to cancel services. Please login to your Subscription Dashboard to downgrade the service to a free package or contact us directly and we will help you promptly.

No, we don't offer refunds.
